B BAADB

Performance Rating

  • Summary - Rating: BSuitable for biomass boiler heating systems and other heating applications where a toxic classification is not an issue. High efficiency and more cost effective than Biotherm BP8 and VB4

  • Efficiency - Rating: BHigh thermal conductivity and low viscosity at sub-zero temperatures, results in increased heat transfer efficiency and increased heat recovery.

  • Antifreeze - Rating: AProvides protection down to -58°F and less volume is required to achieve the same freeze-point protection, when compared with Biotherm BP8 and VB4.

  • Corrosion Control - Rating: ALong-Life high temperature rated formulation with synergistic corrosion inhibitors to exceed ASTM D1384 standards. Also contains broad-spectrum biological inhibitors and polyacrylates to prevent scale precipitation.

  • Toxicity - Rating: DClassified as Harmful but usually considered as Toxic. Suitable for industrial heating systems where toxicity is not an issue.
