Hydratech manufacture several Coolflow^® products which are non-toxic, food safe and suitable for use in food and beverage cooling systems.

Since 2007 an increasing number of food and beverage processing companies have switched from various propylene glycol and brine based formulations to Coolflow DTX^®, a high performance glycol-hybrid.

Coolflow DTX^® is proven to improve cooling performance, reduce operating costs and facilitates smaller plant, whilst retaining a food safe classification.

For systems where Propylene Glycol is specified, Coolflow NTP and Coolflow USP are both HT1 certified.

High Efficiency Non Toxic Antifreeze and Secondary Refrigerant based on Ethylene Glycol blended with patented DeTox™ additive.

Coolflow NTP

Non Toxic Antifreeze and Secondary Refrigerant based on Propylene Glycol and ASTM D1384 proven Corrosion, Scale and Biological Inhibitors.

Coolflow LVF

Very Low Viscosity, Non Toxic Antifreeze and Secondary Refrigerant based on Potassium Formate and ASTM D1384 proven Corrosion, Scale and Biological Inhibitors.

Coolflow ECO2

Ecologically and Environmentally Friendly Non Toxic Antifreeze and Secondary Refrigerant. Based on Refined Vegetable Extracts and ASTM D1384 proven Corrosion, Scale and Biological Inhibitors.

Coolflow ECO3

Ecologically and Environmentally Friendly Non Toxic Antifreeze and Secondary Refrigerant based on Bio-PG and ASTM D1384 proven Corrosion, Scale and Biological Inhibitors.
